As you know, the 51st Annual Scientific meeting of PAPS will be held in Sapporo from 13th to 17th May 2018. You may be interested to know about a Pediatric reconstructive urology masterclass at the Children’s Hospital of Fudan University in Shanghai which we are conducting from 18th to 20th May 2018. The workshop will be conducted in English.
Day 1 will focus on bladder exstrophy where we will have a live HD telecast of Kelly’s exstrophy repair to our Auditorium. Our invited overseas faculty is none other than Emeritus Professor Kelly from Royal Children’s Hospital himself.
Day 2 is focused on advanced laparoscopic & SILS urology, and we will arrange a live telecast of SILS pyeloplasty, Laparoscopic Appendico-vesicostomy, and other advanced procedures.
Day 3 If you are interested in hands-on animate experience, we are also conducting an advanced suturing lab, SILS and Laparoscopic Appendico-vesicostomy in the Medtronic Center of innovation in Shanghai.
The cost is only USD$100 for 18th May 2018, USD$150 for 19th May 2018 (inclusive of the Shanghainese banquet).
The live animate workshop will only cost USD$400 but we have limited spaces, please book early to reserve a spot.
There are several direct flights from Sapporo Airport to Shanghai. You will be able to leave Sapporo on Thursday afternoon, in time to join us on 18th May 2018.
Shanghai is a very exciting, historical and beautiful city to visit and historic Suzhou and Hangzhou are also within easy reach.
